Inside Infusion Magic Nights

Some evenings are not designed to be rushed. Infusion Magic Nights was created as a private ritual, a meeting point between sunset atmosphere, Mediterranean flavors, cigar aromas, selected spirits, and a final moment of intimate surprise.

At Gastrovilla Le’Tini, the idea is not to offer another dinner. The goal is to create a setting where guests feel personally welcomed, where every part of the evening has a rhythm, and where the experience slowly unfolds from the terrace to the dining room and finally to the cigar lounge.

The evening begins on the terrace

The first moment is intentionally simple: a welcome drink, a view over the coast, and a half corona cigar infused with selected liqueur. It is a quiet opening designed to slow the pace of the evening and allow guests to settle into the atmosphere before dinner begins.

Sunset is an important part of the experience. It gives the night its first emotion, warm light, sea views, conversation, and the feeling that something private is beginning.

A dinner shaped by the day

The menu is built around freshness, seasonality, and the catch of the day. This means that small changes may happen depending on what is available, but the principle remains the same: quality first, always.

The dinner includes a pinza with asparagus, farm eggs and cheese, followed by fish tartar prepared with the selection of the day. The main course highlights fresh Saint-Pierre fish served with Rhapsody Salad, rucola, cheese, cherry tomatoes, tuna-filled peperoni, olives, figs, sliced parmesan, and house sauce. The evening closes at the table with a homemade Pavlova.

The cigar lounge ritual

After dinner, guests are invited into the cigar lounge for the second cigar of the night: a Macanudo Inspirado White Robusto infused with Gentleman Jack. A selection of spirits is offered, allowing each guest to pair the cigar experience according to personal taste.

This part of the evening is slower, deeper, and more intimate. It is where the night changes tone — from dining to ritual, from conversation to atmosphere.

The final surprise

The evening ends with a 15–20 minute performance blending mentalism, humor, and magic. It is not presented as a traditional show, but as a final unexpected moment shared closely with the guests.

That is the essence of Infusion Magic Nights: not a dinner, not a show, not simply an event, but a private evening composed in chapters.
