Gastrovilla Le'Tini Luxury operates primarily by request. Villa stays, private dining, celebrations, Infusion Magic Nights and bespoke experiences are not automatically confirmed through the website.
A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation from our team and after any required deposit, payment or agreed conditions have been completed.
Depending on the request, a deposit or advance payment may be required to secure the date, suppliers, chef, staff, entertainment or other arrangements. Payment details will be communicated in the individual proposal.
Changes to date, number of guests, services, menu or event details must be requested in writing. We will try to accommodate changes where possible, but changes may affect availability, pricing or supplier arrangements.
Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the type of booking, date, season and services reserved. Private events and bespoke experiences may involve non-refundable supplier costs. The applicable cancellation terms will be stated in the individual proposal or confirmation.
Menus and experience details may vary depending on seasonality, fresh ingredients, catch of the day, weather conditions, supplier availability and operational requirements.
Outdoor experiences may be adapted due to weather or safety conditions. In cases outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, illness, supplier disruption or force majeure, we may propose an alternative arrangement where possible.
Guests are expected to respect the villa, staff, neighbors, equipment and house rules. Damage, unsafe behavior or misuse of the property may result in additional charges or termination of the experience.
